Terms of service

The rules for using EmailSignatured, written in the same plain language we use everywhere else on this site. Using the product means you accept these terms — see our privacy policy for how we handle your data.
1. Who we are
EmailSignatured (emailsignatured.com) is operated by Filos Strategy Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε., a single-member private company registered in Athens, Greece.
2. The service
EmailSignatured is a free tool for designing an email signature and copying it into your own email client — Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and the rest. We don't send email on your behalf and we don't manage your inbox: once you copy or install a signature, your own email client sends it, not us.
3. Accounts and sign-in
You can try the editor without an account; a draft is kept locally in your browser. Saving signatures, using team features, or keeping your work across devices needs an account, created with a passwordless email link — no password to set. You're responsible for keeping access to your own email inbox secure, since that's how we verify it's you.
4. Fair use
Use EmailSignatured to build real signatures for real people and organizations. Don't use it to impersonate someone, to spam, to distribute anything illegal or infringing, to abuse or overload the service, or to try to break its security — scraping at scale, bypassing rate limits, automating account creation, and similar. We can suspend or remove access for accounts that don't follow this.
5. Your content
The signature text, photos and logos you upload stay yours. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload — your own photo, your company's logo, and so on — and that using it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. To make the product work, you give us the license we need to store, host and serve that content back to you and, where relevant, to the people who receive your signature in an email — nothing more.
6. Paid plans
The individual editor is free, forever — no trial clock, no watermark, no card required. If we introduce paid team, agency or white-label plans, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be laid out clearly at checkout before you're ever asked to pay, and cancelling will always be self-serve.
7. Intellectual property
The EmailSignatured product — its code, design, templates and branding — belongs to Filos Strategy. These terms don't transfer any of that to you; using the product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.
8. No warranty, limited liability
We work to keep EmailSignatured reliable, but it's provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guaranteed uptime. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us to use it in the past twelve months — which, for the free product, is zero euros (€0). This doesn't limit any liability that can't legally be limited, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll move the “last updated” date above whenever we do, and for material changes we'll try to give a heads up.
