Outlook on the web — 6 steps, ~2 minutes
- 1
Sign in to Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 and click the gear icon in the top right.
- 2
Click "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom of the panel.
- 3
Go to Mail → Compose and reply.
- 4
Click into the signature box and paste your signature.
- 5
Tick "Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose" and, if you'd like, "...on messages I forward or reply to."
- 6
Click Save.
Good to know
- If your organization has roaming signatures turned on, the signature you set here can also appear in new Outlook for Windows or Mac — worth knowing if you spot one you didn't create.
- Paste your signature directly rather than through a Word document first; Word formatting can bring along extra spacing or fonts that make it look off.
